To request an Cal ICH speaker, please complete the form below.

Please note: A minimum of 30 days advanced notice is preferred. However, requests with a shorter timeframe will be considered.

After you submit your form:

  • Within two weeks, an Cal ICH representative will contact you using the contact information provided in your form.
  • To check the status of your request, please call (916) 653-4090 (between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
