HHAP Round 1 Applications

HHAP Round 1 applications, including an application narrative, budget, and one or more letters of support for each applicant, are provided below. Eligible applicants had the option to apply jointly with and redirect their HHAP program allocation to another eligible applicant in the region. The list of eligible applicants below indicates jurisdictions that redirected their allocations and applied jointly with another applicant. See HHAP Round 1 Redirected Allocations.

Please note that the applications below reflect the initial funding plans for these jurisdictions’ HHAP allocations, and these funding plans may have changed with Cal ICH approval in response to a number of local factors, including but not limited to the COVID-19 pandemic and wildfires.
